We would need your help in teaching basic English or Chinese to our kindergarten, primary of secondary pupils. You would only assist us in the morning. You will never teach alone as a licensed teacher needs to be present.
We are a school for kids from mainly poor or low income families. We teach to kindergarten, primary and secondary kids. The school is located in Uttaradit City, between Bangkok and Chiang Mai.
We teach approx. 400 pupils at our school. Your help is needed in teaching basic English and Chinese communication (not grammar).

Teaching basic English or Chinese to our kindergarten, primary and secondary pupils. At kindergarten you would teach numbers from 1 to 1000, colours, family, alphabet, very basic questions etc..
Primary you would teach basic vocabulary like items in a house, school items, etc., questions and basic conversation. Secondary you would teach specific vocabulary like basic Business English, Activities and items at a train station etc, questions and conversational English.
You will never teach alone and the lesson plan will be provided by the leading teacher.
The accommodation is only 600 meters from the school and is a twin bed air conditioned apartment with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony.

To get to Uttaradit is very easy. Just take a train or bus from Bangkok to Uttaradit. At least 6 trains and 10 buses are going to Uttaradit daily. We will pick you up from the train station.

We welcome any volunteer. We also welcome families with kids, which we have had in the past. The kids can take part in the normal school lessons with other Thai kids.
We also would like to encourage mature volunteers (plus 60) to volunteer at our school.
Part of the volunteering program are our activities like driving to the waterfall, jungle trekking, visiting caves and more.
